This is also probably a great place to discuss the usage of the
<!--nextpage-->
tag in your posts.

I like breaking up long pages into manageable chunks.

  • It makes reading/scrolling easier for visitors,
  • It ALSO gives me extra search engine benefit - more needles in the haystack.
  • At the same time, the extra pages ALSO give me another chance to monetize my site by displaying more ads or whatever.

So I like taking long posts, like this one, and splitting them at an appropriate point by inserting the nextpage <!--nextpage--> tag.

And that displays the links between each of the pages just after the post.
